Acceptance

By accessing or using Truzy Tech websites, applications, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

If you use Truzy Tech on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and either an authorized representative of an organization using Truzy Tech or an employee added to the system by such an organization, to use the Services.

Services

Truzy Tech provides workforce and HR management software, which may include attendance tracking, employee management, payroll-related tools, and other features as offered from time to time.

We may update, improve, or change features as the product evolves. Service availability may vary depending on your plan and setup.

Device Permissions

Certain features, such as attendance clock-in, require you to grant device permissions including camera and location access (including background location while a shift is active). These are used only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may decline these permissions, but related features will not function.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating and managing accounts, and to use the Services in line with applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Services. This includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the product, uploading harmful code or illegal content, or using the Services to harass others or violate the law.

Fees

Pricing and payment terms are those agreed with you (for example through our pricing page discussions, sales contact, or a written arrangement). Intellectual Property

Truzy Tech and its content, software, branding, and documentation remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). While you use the Services, you may use them only for your internal business purposes. You do not receive ownership of the software.

Data you enter about your organization and employees remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Services.

Disclaimer & Liability

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep them reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent allowed by law, Truzy Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data). Our total liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, misuse the Services, or fail to pay amounts due. After access ends, provisions that should reasonably survive (such as intellectual property and liability limits) continue to apply.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh may hear unresolved disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
